Aurora Pregnancy Support is a free women’s mobile unit that provides medical services and education to north central Montana at no cost. We do not perform or refer for abortion services or profit from your reproductive health decisions.
Aurora Pregnancy Support is governed by an independent Board of Directors. The Medical Director supervises staff and operations. Ultrasounds are read by a licensed physician. We are a team of licensed RNs trained in limited OB ultrasound. Our client advocates are trained to listen with compassion and without judgment. We do not provide extended OB/GYN or prenatal care, nor STI/STD treatment. We neither perform nor refer for abortion services, the abortion pill, emergency contraception, nor birth control.
