Aurora Pregnancy Support is a free women’s health unit that provides services, education, and support to our community at no cost. Confidential services are offered in accordance with state law. We do not perform or refer for abortion services or profit from your reproductive health decisions. We provide ultrasounds to estimate how far along you are and assess whether the pregnancy appears to be developing in the uterus. An ultrasound alone cannot rule out an ectopic pregnancy. The education on this website is intended for general educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional counseling, medical, or prenatal care.
